তাদের জন্য আজ এনেছি আটার মোমো
Healthy Wholewheat (atta) Chicken Momo
🔵For the dough
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 egg, whisked
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons refined oil
🔵For the momo filling
500 gm chicken mince
½ cup spring onions, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of soya sauce,
1 tablespoon oyster sauce,
1 tablespoon refined oil
Salt and black pepper to taste .
First, make the dough for the momo wrappers.
Combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
Cover it with a damp cotton cloth and keep aside for around 1/2 n hours.
Let’s make the momo filling,
Heat the oil in a pan. Add chicken mince with onions, garlic and black pepper powder into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes , cover the pan with a lid . Keep it for 4-5 minutes.
Then add 2 types of sauces along with spring onion and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Roll the dough in small discs and stuff it with the filling.
Place the stuffed momos in the momos basket and steam it for 8 to 10 minutes till the texture become slightly transparent .
Momos are ready to serve 😊
